Skate the length of the ice and tight-turn all the way around 5 faceoff dots. No pucks first, then with pucks.

Setup: a cone on 5 faceoff dots, line in the corner

Step 1: Tight turn at dot 1

Step 2: Tight turn at dot 2

Step 3: Tight turn at dot 3

Step 4: Tight turn at dot 4

Step 5: Tight turn at dot 5, sprint to the end

Back down the boards to the line
