Three-Lane Wave Shooting

Three lanes go one after another: carry in, shoot, then clear out to the side so the next shooter has room.

Setup: three lanes at the red line, pucks

Step 1: lane 1 carries in and shoots

Step 2: lane 2 goes; lane 1 clears out

Step 3: lane 3 goes; lane 2 clears out

Clear out, back to your lane

Next wave goes when the goalie is set
