Goalie Warm-up Shooting Sequence
Shooters take turns in a set order: slot, left angle, right angle, then in tight. Shoot to warm up the goalie, not to beat him.

Coaching points
- One shot at a time. Wait until the goalie is set.
- Low and on net: help the goalie warm up.
- Hit the spot you're told: low blocker, low glove, pads.
- Goalie: follow the puck all the way in.
- Rotate spots so everyone shoots from all three.
How it runs
- Three shooting spots with pucks: the slot, one angle, the other angle. A waiting line at the blue line.
- Shot 1 from the slot, low.
- Shot 2 from one angle, low to the far side.
- Shot 3 from the other angle.
- Shot 4: carry in tight from the slot and shoot, then the rebound.
- Shooters rotate to the next spot.
